Returns & Exchanges PolicyThe customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and should send returned items to:
- Merchandise can be returned for a full refund plus original shipping costs or exchanged within 10 days of the delivery date.
- Cocktail Sneakers reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent.
- All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unaltered with original tags and in original packaging.
- Cocktail Sneakers reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
- We cannot accept any returns for purchases made at stores selling Cocktail Sneakers merchandise. The product must be returned to the store it was purchased from.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
- Refunds will be issued based on original method of payment.
- In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify our customer service team who will gladly assist you.
- Refunds and replacements will not be processed until we have received the damaged product.
