We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will gladly exchange or refund your product purchase in accordance with the policies below. All we ask is that the returned item(s) is in new and unused condition.
Exchange and Return Policy
Please use the enclosed free return shipping label provided by Cocktail Sneakers to return or exchange items to:

- Merchandise can be returned for a full refund of the product purchase, or exchanged, within 15 days of the delivery date. Cocktail Sneakers includes a free return shipping label for hassle-free exchanges or returns. Return label and purchase receipt can both be found in the white envelope which accompanies the product shipment. If using the return label, please indicate the reason for exchange or return of product on the enclosed purchase receipt (Example: exchanging for a different size) and include with your shipment.
- Cocktail Sneakers reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges in situations that are reasonably determined to be fraudulent.
- All returned products must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unaltered with original tags and in original packaging. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
- Domestic customers that utilize a return shipping label provided by Cocktail Sneakers will be subject to a $7.00 restocking fee. Shipping costs of returned items are non-refundable.
- Cocktail Sneakers reserves the right to deny returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.
- We cannot accept any returns for purchases made at stores selling Cocktail Sneakers merchandise. The product must be returned to the store it was purchased from.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
- Refunds for product purchase will be issued based on original method of payment.
- In the event that you have received a defective or otherwise damaged product please notify our customer service team who will gladly assist you.
- Refund for products purchased or replacements will not be processed until we have received the returned product.
- Cocktail Sneakers only ships and accepts returns from customers within the United States.
- Returned items which were purchased as gifts will be handled on an individual basis.
