Yes! Cocktail Sneakers were designed to pair with both professional women's suits, skirt suits, pant suits, maxi dresses, shorts, capris, jeans, or leggings. What sizes do Cocktail Sneakers come in?
Cocktail Sneakers range in whole sizes only from size 6- size 11. As our sneakers run small by design, we recommend using our Sizing Chart (below) to find your perfect fit.
Do Cocktail Sneakers come in half sizes?
Cocktail Sneakers come in whole sizes only from size 6 - size 11. For women who typically wear half sizes, please refer to our Sizing Chart (above) which outlines how Cocktail Sneakers can be custom-fitted for clients who typically wear half-sizes.
Can you explain your "customized fit?"
Every woman’s foot is different and sometimes, one foot can be bigger or smaller than the other. To be sure our clients enjoy a perfect fit, we include a custom-cut eco-friendly cork insert. By placing the thin insert beneath Cocktail Sneakers’ signature sunset-orange sock lining, sneaker size can be reduced by a half size. Watch this video to see how this unique feature works!
My sneakers feel a bit snug, will they stretch?
Cocktail Sneakers will conform to the size and shape of your foot after being worn a few times.
The size or color Cocktail Sneaker I want is out of stock. When will it be restocked?
Although we do our best to ensure every design and color is always in stock, in those instances when we sell out our inventory, we will contact clients directly when stock is replenished.
PRODUCT EXCHANGES
What do I need to do if I want to exchange my sneakers?
Merchandise can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. We include a free shipping label with every delivery for hassle-free exchanges or returns. To see our policy in its entirety, click here. Currently, Cocktail Sneakers only ships within the United States.
How do I exchange or return a pair of Cocktail Sneakers I bought at a store?
We do not accept, exchange or refund Cocktail Sneakers purchased from our retail partners. All exchanges or returns must be done directly with the retailer through which our products were originally purchased.
DESIGN
Are Cocktail Sneakers “waterproof?”
No. Cocktail Sneakers are designed with hiqh quality materials such as suede, kid leather and lace, therefore we recommend maintaining them by using a water-repellant spray (such as Jason Markk Repel Spray) prior to wearing.
Are Cocktail Sneakers “water repellent?”
Two Cocktail Sneakers designs are water repellent including our powder blue suede and classic white canvas Weekender.
How do I clean my Cocktail Sneakers?
To clean your Cocktail Sneakers, we recommend the following approaches:
- White soles: Use a simple household product like Lysol or Clorox Wipes to wipe them down and bring them back to their original bright white!
- Leather upper: Wipe with a neutral shoe cream and a soft cloth.
- Suede upper: Spray with a water repellent spray to keep marks off.
- Patent leather upper: Wipe with a patent leather cleaner and a soft cloth.
- Lace upper: For any marks on lace, “Tide-To-Go” stick will remove.
The Cocktail Sneakers team has also tested (and approves!) of Jason Markk products--especially the RTU Foam. To add a layer of protection to your sneaker investment, the Repel Spray too, works wonders!
Does Cocktail Sneakers offer gift cards or gift certificates?
Yes! This link will take you directly to our gift certificates offered in increments of $20 - $200. Those that purchase gift certificates will receive an email confirming gift certificate amount and a special code which can be applied for online purchases. Cocktail Sneakers gift certificates never expire. Gift Cards are not included in any sale or promotion unless explicitly stated.
